When you say the "blue lights that run up the front of the case" are you talking about those that indicate power-on, hard-disk activity, etc.?
Or are you talking about some of them I have seen advertised with blue neon light kits pre-installed?
If its the indicator lights, those generally plug into headers on the motherboard. They have small black connectors, and are usually 2 pin, but can go up to as many as four (for like computer speaker).
If its the neon light kit, that is likely going to have to plug into one of the connectors coming off of the powersupply.
