Overclcoking Toshiba laptop

I want to overclock my Toshiba 4090XCDT laptop, currently running the standard Celeron 400MHz CPU.

Any experience out there please ?

so many people has asked this question. and here the response you will most likley get from several people

"I would not reccomend it, as laptop are not able to cool very easy. If you try you might kill the machine"

Laptops are not designed for this purpose and if you want to keep the lappy your best bet is not to try it. you want to overclock sell the lap top and get a desktop

At work we use about 15 IBM 390E laptops and about 10 Dell laptops (not sure of the model) but with me "poking" around on a few of them... basically I could never find a way of O/C'ing these laptops because the Bios and Motherboard will not let you.

About the only way to make a laptop go faster and stay cool is to strap it to the roof of your car....... ....... Tried to OC a couple, they just don't like it.
