USB 1.1 problem

Hi, I have an Asus A7V333 mobo and have a couple of USB 1 devices pluged in but every now and then I get the yellow ! in dev man so I have to unplug and replug so it works again. Any ideas I have the latest VIA 4in1.

Devices,
ISDN adapter
USB hub, Not been in long had problem before.
Mouse and Joypad in hub

I had a problem like that a couple of years ago with an old PII system, I found out it was PSU related, to may devices connected via USB and no enough power to feed them all. Don't know if this is your problem since with that mobo you should have a pretty descent PSU. Have you installed any OS patches that could cause this?

I have recently reinstalled XP home but haven`t put any updates on as when I did last time some of the updates seemed to make the PC run slower etc
