Realtek WHQL - Audio Question
Been updating my Motherboard BIOS and AGP Video Driver and now I want to update the Audio Driver. I have two choices.
1. version.3.48 Realtek WHQL 5 MB
2. version 3.49 Realtek 17 MB
What is the WHQL ?
Why is version 3.48 so much larger that the other ?
Do I need to install both of them ?
Gigabyte 8SR533 Motherboard
Thanks

WHQL means that microsoft has certified the driver.
Without certification, the os (if set so) will warn about the driver not being certified and possibility of bsod.
I don't care whether my drivers are whql or not, if it crashes, it crashes.
The size can probably be explained with extra stuff. Like media players and whatever.
Check realtek site about what is bundled with the 3.49 driver.
