The audio leads on your case, are to be plugged directly onto your motherboard for the purpose of having headphone + microphone jacks on the front of the case. They are not needed when you have a PCI slot audio card.
Secondly, I believe the spacers someone16 is referring to are the brass stand offs that you screw into the case to elevate the motherboard by not creating a short when electrcity is running.
Thirdly, you do not have enough Ampres and maximum wattage from your power supply, thus, you do not have enough of the 4 pin molex connectors for all 5 fans, 2 CD-ROMS, and 2 hard drives.
