What type of motherboard do you need for a pentium III processor? (Like Athlon+ is socket A thats what im looking for) and also does anyone know of any good lowpriced motherboards for a pentium III 933 Mhz.

THX

socket 370 is the square type for Intel P3's....the one shaped like an athlon. of course they also made 'slot 1' motherboard for those type of processors..they looked like the old Pentium 2s..cartridge type deals.

Is yours just the regular flat athlon type P3?

If so it is a socket 370 board

They are getting sort of hard to find

Easiest way is to find a used one on anandtech forums, lol.

this is one of the rare ones still available...I see it doesnt have an agp slot so its not for gaming.

I have no clue if this reseller is any good or not though, I just posted it to show an example. He probably needs to make sure he gets a board that will handle 133fsb which might be what he has.
