Thank you all for your help. I was always told not to have IRQ's sharing and so I have my vid card in the agp slot, the network is in the next PCI slot over, etc. Its like i cant put cards next to each other in the slots and have to skip every other one just not to have the IRQ's sharing. I am like, if my mobo has 5 pci slots, Why can't I use them?

Actually, just for fun, some of the early pentium boards had five or six PCI slots, and couldn't share IRQs, so you quickly ran out when adding devices. Sometimes you had to leave a couple of slots free because there were no IRQs left to use.
That was in the days of win95a, and many people had big, big probs with IRQ allocation as win95a wasn't too good at it. Newer boards can handle IRQs much better now, so its less of a prob, but like I said manufacturers are forever cautious, and probably remember these days well....
