Kodak DC240 camera + Win2K - Tech Support Forums

Anyone have this camera and manage to get the USB functionality under W2K?

I have the software update from Kodak and followed instructions to the letter, but the camera always remains undetected.

Any ideas?

I certainly have no idea. The only thing I might recommend is trying a USB card reader. I've got a Lexar "Jumpshot" that works fine under XP, so it stands to reason that it should work under Win 2000.

Have you tried to manually detect new hardware? Is your USB cable good?
