This is got to be the stupidest lawsuit ever. Will anyone get confused wih apple computer with apple corps? I see this agreement they made in 91(under Scully's control) is not broken. Apple computer is only selling music. Apple corps makes the music and markets it. They do not sell it. So there is no harm done by apple computer by selling music. In a way apple computer is like Bestbuy. But, I feel this would of been avoided if apple computer allowed beatle songs be sold on itms. By the way the lawsuit could be settled by a $26.5 million settlement.
