Converting/Making SVCD

I have an mpeg1 and mpeg2 file...

Starting Nero 6, I select Make Super VCD project and I'm given 4 folders in red. I tried putting the movie in the MPEG2 folder but the BURN option is not enabled.

I switched to Express Nero when it says to add the video files to burn so I tried both versions but the same message appears.

I thought VCD is mpeg1 and SVCD is mpeg2? And why isn't the BURN option in the main Nero not enabled?

Super VideoCD (SVCD) is a lower quality video format than DVD, and exists on CD media. Most DVD players will support the playback of VCDs, but only a few will playback SVCDs - not all DVD players can playback CD-Rs either (check your player's manuals for more information).
From http://www.digital-digest.com/dvd/ar...svcd_nero.html

Follow the directions to be able to get your svcd files to burn.
