Re-encode DivX Program  | |

Hey guys, have some short divx files time-wise but they are much to large for what they are in file size terms.
What's the best program to re-encode these files at a lower quality to decrease their size?

I believe Dr.DivX, however, is obsolete isn't it? |

I still use it to compress things I record to save space. |

VirtualDub seems to be working great, now I have to figure out all the setttings...

Yes Ive always used VirtualDub when encoding any DivX
