MP3 PLAYER!!
ok my OEM mp3 player only supports .SMP3 files so how can i get it to support plain mp3 files????

Can you tell us what is the make and model of your MP3 player? "OEM" doesn't tell us much.

Have you tried just renaming a file with the .smp3 extension? I have never heard of that as an audio format before.

it has no brand at ALL and i have tried renaming the file extension that did not work.....SMp3 files are really crapy and take a bunch of space up its supposed to stand for secure media sumthin(lol)

Get a new one i guess. Ive never heard of smp3. Before buying another mp3 player, test'em out first with your mp3 songs. Hope that helps
