how to chain mpegs?
hey,
any kind of apps out there i can use to string mpegs together as one? links are much appreciated. i dont think its possible in nero or cheezey-cd creator but i have both. thanx

This is a good all-around editing program. It is fairly well documented as well. You can of course link MPEGs with it.

I tried this one and it does the job right ... its a shareware but if you can handle the register popup in every start .. then you can keep using it (something like winzip registration) :

Or was you talking about Linux ? .. in that case i have no idea

thanks for the links but i made a mistake. its avi format for the most part but there are some mpegs so its not all a loss.
i have to find something do merge avi's i see now

If you have few MPEG files you want to join, this would be the simplest way (in command prompt) :
copy /b file01.mpg + file02.mpg + file03.mpg + ... + filexx.mpg onebigfile.mpg
