    audio editing software

     
    hello
    can someone reccomend me a good free audio software?
    or a really good one that is under <$50


    the program should be able to.. Cut bits of audio out, combine two audio clips.. and cancel out background noise.

    To edit and record music, I use
    Fleximusic Wave Editor    , a simpler audio/mp3 editing software. It has many features for audio editing and converting. It is free for trail version.
