SoundBlaster Digital Out Minijack Question
Hi,
I just got an Audigy card and it has a digital out minijack.
How can I use this to output to my receiver?
My old sound card came with a minijack adapter + optical cable... I tried using the minijack adapter on this new sound card but there's no optical light so I don't think it works like that...

The digital out should work just fine. You may need to enable it in your Sound Blaster control panel. Digital out is probably defaulted to OFF, which would explain the lack of the red glow from the port.
What do you mean by minijack adapter? Do you mean an optical to electrical (toslink to coax) converter?
