How to make a 4 year old video camra sream to my PC?

I have this video camera - JVC GRSXM260U - I am trying to steam video but my camera only has RCA jacks. Is there anyway to do this cheaply?

I know I can buy a video card that supports RCA but I would expect that to cost a lot.

I have also been thinking about buying this camera - SPC900NC/27 - Webcam - Webcams - Accessories - Philips - So if the price of making my old camera work is to much I might just but the new one.

I also need to buy a power cable.

What do you guys think?

A TV tuner card would do what you need and they can be had pretty cheaply.

best buy says they only have one that works with RCA imputs and its 150.00

Is there any kind of rca to usb adapter?

No, but search on Newegg.com - Computer Parts, PC Components, Laptop Computers, Digital Cameras and more! for Hauppage or WinTV cards. Cheaper ones are available, but Hauppage is the market leader brand.
