In search of small headphones

My wife recently purchased a Zune for music while she's walking. We're having problems finding a good set of headphones. Here's the problem: She wears glasses and a behind the ear hearing aid. Ear buds will not work for her and the new behind the neck style headphones don't work either. She is a very tiny person, only 4'11", with a small head and all of the conventional over the head style earphones we have are just too big for her. She says that they slip off when she walks and aren't comfortable.

I know that we're in a world of one size fits most and if you're outside that size parameter you're out of luck, but I wonder if any of my friends here at Techimo are aware of a set of over the head phones that are smaller than average. I'm ready to get the Dremel tool out and try to cut a set down, but I'd rather spend a few bucks to make momma happy.
