Channel flickers with tv wonder

I have just installed the Visiontek TV Wonder HD 650 card. I am running Windows Xp Pro. Im running the Catalyst media center. In the video input I have the setting at Digital TV ATSC. Most the channels come out great. But My Local ABC DT, Fox DT and acouple of local stations the picture flickers. The sound is good but the picture flickers. This happend with another alike card I had installed. I have installed the latest drivers. Does anyone outthere know what this may be.

if it on every channel, it might be a loose or bad connection on a lead.
if it on certian channels, it might be the signal....
