panasonic 46" tv wont turn on!

just had it delivered yesterday, worked fine last night. however, this morning, i go to turn it on and nothing happens!

i left it in standby mode, so it wasnt isolated or anything.

the power point it is plugged into is fine, i tested it, as well as the power cable, both are ok.

the power LED on the tv won't turn on, so the remote won't do anything either.

any help or suggestions? or am i up shit creek?!

I'd say if you just bought it yesterday and are having problems with it the next day, take it back if you can. Anything bought that isn't sold as-is can 99% of the time be taken back within 30 days.
