    Help! How do I get video off Video Camera onto my computer?

     
    I have a Sony Handy Cam Video Recorder Model# DCR-HC21

    I have two computers a PC and a Mac. I tried to download the software to my Mac so I could use iMovie and I couldn't get it to work. Then I downloaded to m PC and it kept saying it couldn't find the camera connection. I had everything connected. Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong or what I can do to get it to work? Also can how can I download software to my Mac?

    Check your USB port maybe it's not working properly.
