    HELP NO SOUND!!!! PLEASE!

HI, im trying to figure out what is wrong with this computer im supposed to be fixing lol, its an old pc and my nephews only use it for browsing the internet, for some reason the speakers stopped working to include, like youtube videos, myspace videos etc, i already uploaded the latest flash player upgrades and java, but still it says that something is missing, this is what i get when i try and play a song or video on real player or media player

(:Windows Media Player cannot play the file because there is a problem with your sound device. There might not be a sound device installed on your computer, it might be in use by another program, or it might not be functioning properly.)

here is a profile of the pc according to belarc advisor, thanks in advance! buddies
