    confused about tv tuner card

     
    I have a jetway dual core atom ion net top barebones from newegg. It has a mini pci-e slot inside, and I'm going to try to make a dvr with windows 7 media center. Ebay has a buch mini pci-e tuners listed, but they all say dvb-t. I have time warner cable, basic not digital, and ofcourse the new digital over the air.

    Would any of these tuners work here in the states? I don't know what DVB-T means.

    And would they work in this jetway?

    In the US, the standard is ATSC.
