the built in audio device, when i disabled and uninstalled it . it is not playing
any audio sound, i want to disable the built-in sound card and use the
CM 5611 in it's place. i also tried disabling the sound card from CMOS

Hi Arqamkhan99,

If you will list the complete brand/model of your computer, and what Operating System is installed, we may be able to offer more help.
