I bought a brand-new Manhattan headset with microphone and headphones. At first they were working fine for a day, but when I got up this morning, the mic stopped working. I did many test to find out if it was picking up my voice on Skype and My computer. I did notice it was picking up sound from the sound coming out of the headphones itself, but not any other sounds. It won't pick up sounds around me but it will pick up sounds that are within the headphones it self, even if the volume on the headphones is all the way down. Please help! Is it just broken or a settings issue?
