"Play Selection" button does not play the default player?
Hi,
Win 7 OS...
Problem is I goto music.....
Folder, mp3s, select all, click "Play Selection" (mouseover says"Play selected music"), WMP opens... wrong out come, should be VLC! As far as I know VLC is set to default music player.
By default VLC is set to open mp3s, which it does if you only select one mp3.
If I right click on the selected list of mp3 I get the option of; add to windows media players play list or play with WMP.
I have tried, other than single select of mp3 & placing a tick in the default box for VLC. Opening control panel. Going to programs, selecting VLC, then clicking "Set this program as default".
Still not opening Play all with VLC?
Out of ideas know.
Reg hack maybe? In the End, we will remember not the words of our enemies, but the silence of our friends.

here you can see a comparison of the 7850 vs GTX 570 (GTX 560 Ti 448 is reduced spec 570, so the 448 Core would be close to the 7850 in performance, if not just behind it a hair): AnandTech |...
