Head phone works fine but the mic is permanently receiving/generating white noise. The only thing that stops it is turning the mic volume to 0. I have tried 2 different devices so far so i am comfortable that the problem isn't the headset.

I have tried uninstalling and that didn't help. May be the drivers but windows downloaded it's own and seems happy with them and i have had it working before but on a different installation.

Anyone come across this before, google isn't being helpful any help would be greatly appreciated.

Akasa AK-ICR-11 is the Bluetooth Receiver and the Headset this is the headset BN666 Bluetooth headset (mic), also tried with Sony Ericsson HBH-IS800 headphones.
