Soundblaster Xfi not installing drivers
I never had a problem with my xfi platinum for a number of years
On a fresh reformat of windows 7, windows installs my soundblaster driver and gpu driver for me with no internet ...I also tried making windows stop installing it in devices and printers, same thing...
Windows installs a driver from creative from 2010, the latest driver is from 2011...
Everytime I try installing the driver, it makes like it installs and restarts pc only to find out in device manager its the same driver.
Nothing in add/remove programs from creative, i should have creative stuff in there..
I have suspicion that my card is dying, part of the reason i just reformatted...
Any ideas?EVGA Classified/I920 4Ghz/EVGA 295gtx/XFI SoundBlaster/OCZ 750 PSU/Raptor Hd's/CoolMaster Cosmos S

Is the unit functioning with the 2010 drivers?
Also... how are you un-installing the units drivers?◄ it is what it is ►
