    Old PC to play netflix, how to hook up to my tv easily and cheap

     
    Dell Dimension 3000, an older pci slot though, not pci express. i want to hook my pc up to my tv. I have VGa, hdmi etc on my tv. If using hdmi, i need a new hdmi video card. But not sure if anything there for pci. If using VGA, how about audio? Do I have to use speaker on PC? Thanks.
