MiniDV
My Wife recently gave birth to our wonderful baby girl and of course as a proud papa I had to video tape the whole affair so I purchased a minidv camcorder. I Practiced with it and made myself generally aware of it. Low and behold after the birth was done my wife actually wanted to see it and was proclaiming finally what a great idea it was and was glad that i spent the money after all. In the process of playing the event back to her, we received some more guests and I forgot to fast forward and ended up recording over what I bought the camcorder for

I come here today asking if anyone knows of a way to retrieve erased digital tape and would appreciate any direction. Thank You
