TV Tuner with New Drivers = Lag

I recently bought a tv tuner off of here and it works perfectly. When I installed the latest NVIDIA Detonator Drivers: 43.45, when ever I increase the size of my video, or run it in full screen in a higher resolution than 640X480 it goes very slow. When the screen is smaller it runs normal, at 29.83 fps. This works fine with the Detonator 27.20 at full screen. Even the 28.xx drivers didn't work. I am using IXMicro Turbo TV and any software will do this. It is set to YUY2 mode, so it whuld use directx for acceleration.
