Netflix WiFi or Wired?
I just ordered a Sony TV with built in wireless. I have a WiFi router which works fine for my laptop. If I want to watch Netflix movies is a wifi network usually reliable or would I be better off running a wire from my router to the TV. Fishing the wire would be very difficult. I do not want to experience dropped connections or a lot of buffering which is why I think a wired connection might be better.
Anyone here watch streaming Netflix on wifi and how well does it work?
Thanks for the help.

My lowend wireless receiver built into my Wii works just fine from 2 rooms away through walls.
The buffering process takes less than a minute and usuall only 20-30 seconds, and I've never had it stop during the movie unless I had network issues.
Its really trial and error since everyones setup is different.
In general if you have decent wireless, then you will have no problems streaming content.

My Wii works just as well wireless as my Xbox does wired. It's all dependent on your network stability. My modem/router is getting flaky, so I get the occasional "network bandwidth has changed" message as it rebuffers what I'm watching.
At most, I've had this happen twice during anything I've ever watched.this post contains small bits of intelligence culminating to the appearance of wisdom.
