Socket timed out
Hi,
I've been running an Iopus internet monitoring program on all 3 PC's in the house. I have it set up to send out periodic emails using my smtp server. It's been working fine for about a year. All of a sudden yesterday I stopped getting the emails. When I checked the program and did a test email, I got an error message back that said "Connect:Socket timed out" I have no idea what this means or how to fix it. I don't think the problem is with the program, as it is installed separately on each of the 3 computers, and not over the network. Since they all stopped sending at the same time, I'm assuming the problem with either with the modem, router, or ISP.
Any suggestions would be very much appreciated.
Thanks in advace.
Soma
P.S. If I am posting to the wrong group, I appologize, but this sounded like the best fit.
