Attn WatchGuard Users

Are there any WatchGuard users around? I need help with my FireboxIII 700 setting up RUVPN. I am having problems connecting. So i am just wondering if there is anyone out there that might be able to give me a hand. Then i will reply with the steps i have taken.

But so far i can say that i have followed the watchguard VPN guide and it still is not working.

I use the Watchguard III 700 and do support several VPN clients. Let me know and I will try and help you.

Watchguard support suck cannel water for sure. I purchase a support agreement for help when I need it. But when I call in I get some guy, or girl, who I can hardley understand, even after repeating my questions several times, and then either put you on hold forever or tell you they will call you back.....but never do! I think I am going to purchase a different brand!
