Router restarts often
Howdy folks, I have a DI-604 router. It resets itself every day, around the same time. This is the second D-LINK router I have this happening to, last one I had sent to RMA and I hoped the problem would be fixed. ALthough this one doesn't restart itself as often as the last one, which rebooted itself every few hours or so (connection was lost so if I was downloading something......bye, bye). This one does it around 6PM every day, and sometimes twice a day. I don't know what's up. I have Adelphia cable, and other than that everything seems to be working fine.
What I mean by restarting is Windows will suddnely display the message "Network Cable has been disconnected' and all of the router lights will blink for a few seconds and then I'm connected once again. Also, the log gets completely erased when that happens.
I'm on the latest firmware, I have the revision E1, which is supposedly the latest edition.http://www.tekshome.com
YAY!!!!!!!!!
