Outlook Express cannot send email

I can receive email just fine but cannot send it. Here is my error message:

The message could not be sent because one of the recipients was rejected by the server. The rejected e-mail address was 'xxx@xxx.com'. Subject 'xxx, Account: 'mail.pinnaclesmg.com', Server: 'mail.pinnaclesmg.com', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '550 #5.1.0 Address rejected.', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 550, Error Number: 0x800CCC79

Please help!! I do not have the boxes checked for requiring authentication. I tried with them checked and without them checked. My mail was working fine the other day and now all of the sudden it doesn't.

first, does this happen with all outgoing email? or just one. if its just one then maybe something wrong with that persons inbox

if all , then you said you tried the "my outgoing server requires authentification" section, id you select "log on using" and enter name and passwd with remember me checked off? i did this and it worked fine for me

The problem has been solved. I called Charter and apparently they just had a security update that wasn't allowing my IP to send email with their smtp. So I just changed my smtp.
