new internet how should i set it up ???

ok i am getting a new internet ( at least 1.5mb per sec and even more possible 10 mb per sec( drooool)). my pc is going to be the main pc useing it so it will go direct into my pc. but i also have a little sister that will b$%^& and b$%^& if i dont let her use is so is it possible to get a router that can prioritise the data to be recieved and or sent ( games etc) or to give her a set band width she can use ie.. 512 k??

and which would be the smartest way to do this with out having cables running threw my house.

Easiest way without having any external hardware is to install netlimiter to her computer. Then set it so that the maximum bandwith that computer can use is 50kB/sec.
