As you can see, some things failed. is there anyway to fix this? Thank you.

Wow! Thats quite the pile of useless info.

First do an ipconfig /all from a command prompt and see if you are getting an IP and gateway.

Yes, i am getting an ip and gateway, but i frequently lose my connection over and over again and the problem might be the ethernet card; i'm not sure.
