    Ethernet problem... please help

     
    Hey all, i posted here before with my internet horrow story. i ran a network diagnostics scan and this came up...

    Wow! Thats quite the pile of useless info.

    First do an ipconfig /all from a command prompt and see if you are getting an IP and gateway.
    My computer is bigger than yours!

    Yes, i am getting an ip and gateway, but i frequently lose my connection over and over again and the problem might be the ethernet card; i'm not sure.
