hey guys, I am really pissed off right now.
I can't belive what is happening to my computer. I've got Ad-Watch and McFee Anti-virus on and I still got infected and my registry modified by stupid adware and malware. I get 10000 ad-watch warnings and 10,000 pop-ups. I got right off all that fortunatelly but there is something that doesn't go away. I get stupid links on any internet page they are mostly from ( http://begin2search.com). For example all words like "dating" or "personal" are hyperlinked to their stupid site. I tried to use hijackit but it doesn't go away, i deleted the reg keys but it keeps comming back, of course i checked under installed programs, nothing. Isn't there something to remove all this trash? I'm willing to even pay $100 for such software. I am PISSED
One more quesiton: Would a firewall stop adware and malware? because ad-watch is crap. |

Have you run spybot s&d, and Adware? both of these are pretty good at deleting the virus you got slammed with. If all else fails, you might be looking at a format.

Lavasoft Adware isn't very good with malware or what? I found 73 problems with spybot. but the problem of the words in all webpages being hyperlinked keeps annoying me.
Edit: Is there a way to make spywareblaster to work in the system tray?
damn, that hyperlinking crap affects the text in this window too.
Edit: i updated spywareblaster and it's all gone. wow this program really kicks some ass.
