Hi, I don't think this is really the place you should be posting this, but it depends on your particular network setup... Also, please don't use all CAPS, it is a little rude - as mentioned above...
If your DSL Modem connects to your computer using a USB cable, then you are most likely to need to get a Router (which often have the "modem" parts built-in nowadays) that gets power from the mains. There are plenty of these about, personally I've got a ZyXEL, a NETGEAR, a Linksys an ASUS and a couple of others dotted around. You only need/can use one at a time though in "modem" form.
From that device, you should be able to connect to both of your computers using network/ethernet cables. As to whether you will need to use the 8-port hub is down to whether you get a single-port router or not. The spec of your computers isn't really required for this, as long as there's a Network Interface Connection ("LAN Port") on each of them.....
