Red face Need Help finding new ISP

I have found myself without an internet connection, and do NOT want to go back with Comcast. Does anyone living in the detroit metro area, or anyone who is familar with the general area and the ISP's availible know what there is around that is even somewhat decent, and a good price?

    Thanks Guys!

there are probably a bunch of sites to help search for broadband or diaup in all states etc

    http://www.dslreports.com/psearch

    http://www.monster-isp.com/cgi-bin/i...o_airport.html

    http://dir.yahoo.com/Regional/U_S__S...viders__ISPs_/

    http://www.findanisp.com/

an area the size of detroit probably has many to choose from.

I would ask your friends and neighbors, see what they have and how they like it.

DSLReports is a good place to start looking. I recommend Speakeasy.net and/or NewEdge Networks to all my clients. So far, both companies have provided excellent service to my clients. I can personally attest to the honesty of both companies.

Both are a bit on the spendy side though Don't go to them looking for a barrel bottom deal.

Thanks Guys! I am at my sister's house right now. CE suggested the same site to me earlier, the DSL Report.
