Im listed on a spam list

Hopefully somone can help me out. Somehow I think im listed on a spam list to block me from getting outgoing emails or sending emails out to people. AOL rejects my emails and a few other known ISPs. Anyone know if this problem can be resolved? Is there a such unblock way to take yourself off a "list" or is it best to say im screwed just change my address?

    Post the bounce message.

Is it blocking your e-mail address or your IP address?

Nowadays ISP's and such are scanning Emails and blocking any that have spyware attachments or virus's ....
I would think its possible you either have Virus's or spyware that has infected your Emails and is not allowing them to go through...
try using Spybot, ... Adaware ... and Panda AV Online scan to see if thats a possibility...

Are you running your own email server? I know some isp's, aol is one of them, will not accept email from you if you run one of those personal software email smtp servers, postcast server is one of those, from your home pc or laptop.

If this is your situation then that would be the problem.

They do some kind of lookup to see where the email originated from and if they dont get back the right info then they bounce you.
