I've done searches but still found nothing that would help,
I have a Linksys USB wireless adapter (802.11b) v2.8 and it used to work flawlessly but my mobo usb's went out somehow so i got a PCI usb 2.0 card and everything seemed to work fine but now my Adapter is actin funny,
When i click on IE yahoo loads up (it's my home page) but if i click anywhere else it loses connnection, also my aim connects at startup but then when the internet loads up it no longer stays connected. Yesterday i tried updating the drivers for it but that didn't seem to help so i rolled back to the previous and it worked fine for the rest of the night. this morning i turned my computer back on and now it's doing it again, except this time i tried updating the drivers again but still a no go, i also uninstalled it and let windows re recognize it and it said everything was cool and that it found my wireless network but it will only load yahoo.com and then nothing else. I tried running adaware but it didn't find anything. If i can't update the drivers, is it anything to do with my pci usb 2.0 card? it shouldn't be everything else works fine on it. here's some specs:
Compaq iPAQ CP-2W router with main computer hooked up via ethernet, and other computer (1 room away) hooked up via usb adapter.
