Two Gateways
What is the best way to deal with 2 Network Gateways.
One is a connection to the internet (DSL)
The other is a P2P T1 line.
The T1 line is going to be used for data transfer between properties.
Thank you.

You need to allocate non-internet routing IP addresses (say 10.0.0.0), with one subnet say 10.0.1.0, at one end and say 10.0.2.0 at the other. Give the gateways at either end say 10.0.1.254 and at the other 10.0.2.254, at the other and make these the default gateways in their respective subnets for the other subnet. 10.0.0.0 is never an Internet address so there is no clash.
BTW real network engineers (not me) expand this up.
