when trying to renew my ip address it fails...

I believe this is effecting my ability to play games one inpaticular i will dissconect from at approximately 30 seconds.. in all other i am unable to host games and in games such as warcraft 3 if host leaves the majority of the time i will dissconnect as well which is not suppose to happen AND i randomly lose my internet connection for mere seconds at a time throughout the day
