does it work ok in IE? are you having problems with othersites in FF?
if yes...............i 'd maybe reinstall FF again.
but make sure you go in and delete all the mozilla firefox folders........in program files and in application data..........c/docs+settings/8username8/application data/mozilla.......
note; this will wipe out your bookmarks. |

Try getting the Web Developer extension. Install that and you should get a toolbar in your browser. One of the buttons says Miscellaneous. Click that and then click the following items: 'Clear Cache', 'Clear History', 'Clear HTTP Authentication', 'Clear Session Cookies'. Then try going to winamp.com and then 'Delete Domain Cookies'. If it all works out, you can uninstall the WD extension or disable the toolbar. BTW, if it doesn't put the toolbar, you can get to the items by going to Tools > Web Developer > Miscellaneous. |

If you have adblock, maybe someone disabled the banner, try clearing that. |

Hmmm, firewall, maybe? I can't think of much else that would do this. At least not to both IE and FF.
When you go to the site, do you get an icon like this in the Web Developer toolbar in FF?
If you do, then I'm pretty sure it's a firewall (or something else) blocking content from the site. Also, when you go to the site, can you 'View Source' and post the content here (probably as an attachment).
Also, could you post a screen of exactly what you're seeing? |
