Serv-u ftp server on PTI PAE CE84 [Someone plz help! :)]

ok before we start, i have followed this thread: http://www.techimo.com/forum/t46958.html but i still have problems

i have entered the passive port range (2000-2010) and entered them on my routers virtual server and inbound policy on the routers firewall, i have ticked "allow passive mode data transfers, use ip" but in here when i put my WAN ip people couldnt list my dir in flash fxp, so i tried the LAN ip for my pc "10.0.0.13" and people can now list in flash but still cannot download.

when running dyndns i dont see the point in enabling dynamic dns in serv-u arent they just doing the same thing?

the main error i notice when somebody tries to download from my server is:

Wed 15Jun05 14:53:48 - Unable to find matching request for PASV connection from xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx

i feel as though i am so close now and i know its going to be something easy i have overlooked, please help!

what ftp client are people using to access your ftp server?

Did they enable passive mode with it?

what router are you using?

can i ask why you are using passive mode?

why not just forward port 20-21 to the machine running the ftp server? Passive mode is a piece of crap that work on some ftp clients and doesnt work on others.
