Port Forwarding

I have a 2wire router and I want to forward some ports, but when I went to 2wire's site and found the link to access it, the link didn't work.

I want to get these ports forwarded, so how do I go about doing this since I can't touch the router? (even though I should be allowed to. )

OKAY! This is gonna be my final edit

BitTornado worked after a while, but I need to know this ONE THING:

If I forward more ports, will I download faster?
