Network connections

hi i have windows xp with SP2 . my network connections is greyed out in the control panel ... but i can create a connection using Network setup wizard .. but i will be setting up adsl connection in a few days time ... how to get Network connections back ?

Did you just upgrade your Windows to SP2?

I think this problem was there since the time when I installed SP2 ... maybe SP2 fault ?

Ya I think so. I would go to Windows Update and see if there are any available updates for your computer if you haven't been to Windows Update's website recently.
