    Look for the ... Bear Necessities

     
    I think I'm kinda outa of the loop on what I need to see every thing on the internet with and also to protect me from whats out there. Stuff like Anti-virus and ad ware and all those other programs like flash something and Java (which I think I need to update can you help me with that). So please help me and tell what I sould have to see a larger percent of the internet.

    I don't know what you mean by see a larger percent of the internet. Are there sites you cant access or is it content within sites you cant view?

    yea for some sites you need to download a "plug-in" to see it. Some good plug-ins or programs like spyware Anti-virus and Anti-spam and please, I would like free software.

    Get Fire Fox...it shows a banner at the top of the page if you need a plugin to use the site, and it is much safer, and securer that IE. www.getfirefox.com

    Most of the time if you need a plugin then your browser will prompt you to download it. Eazy eh?

    If you're going to watch downloaded videos then you'll want to download a codec pack like the K-lite codec pack or the FFDSHOW codec.
