Run the home networking wizard on all of your PCs:
Control Panel>Network and Internet Connections>Network Connections>On the top left click Set up a Home or Small Office Network>click next twice>check the ignore disconnected hardware box>click next>select other & click next>it should go to "This computer connects directly to a network hub" make sure that one is selected and click next.
From there just keep clicking next, the next few screens are optional, but the workgroup name should be the same on all computers, I recommend keeping it as MSHOME. Keep clicking next and then it should apply those settings. Restart the PC and maybe the network and you should be all set.
